Whether you’re new to working out, haven’t worked out in a while, or just need some fresh ideas for your fitness routine, this challenge is the perfect place to begin!

 

What Is It?

  • 1 hour Zoom training sessions in the comfort of your home on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings.

  • All sessions are lead by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and include: a warm up, interval training, and cool down.

  • 12 weeks of commitment, accountability, and growth with an incredible group of women!

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Designed with the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s evidence-based ‘optimum performance training model’ in mind. We start with a ‘stabilization’ phase, work up to ‘strength,’ and finish the challenge with ‘power.’


Full Body, Tailored Approach

Each workout is designed to be a safe and effective approach to whole-body fitness progression. This program can be tailored to most individual needs with simple modifications.

Equipment

Minimal equipment is needed for the Able Body Live program.

  • 1 exercise mat

  • 1 stabilization ball

  • 2 sets of hand weights — a light pair (i.e. 3 lbs / 5 lbs / 8 lbs) and a heavier pair (10 lbs / 12 lbs / 15 lbs)

  • Gliders are optional as you can use household items such as paper plates or small towels

How You Save

Standard group training sessions at a gym start around $35/hour. Drop-in rates for fitness studios range from $15-$30 per class. Able Body Live sessions are only $11.25 - $12.50 each based on the payment plan of choice.
