Who We Are
Able is a nutrition counseling and fitness coaching company that empowers women to be sustainable, knowledgeable, & accountable on their health journeys.
Founded by Grace Lopez, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Lactation Counselor in Tampa, FL.

What We Do

1-to-1 Virtual Nutrition Coaching
Individualized nutrition assessment, plan, and follow-up designed by a Registered Dietitian. Set goals, journey together, and make sustainable lifestyle changes. Our approach prioritizes whole-person health, practical skills, positive relationship with food + body image.

Virtual Group Coaching Program
Join a group of women with a common focus to grow in health! Experience the power of accountability with weekly learning sessions + support. This step-by-step 12-week program provides framework to trade chronic dieting for a healthier relationship with food + body.

Small Group Training
With a functional fitness approach, we promote movement that you enjoy and also feel the benefits of in your daily life. Workouts are planned with strength, endurance, and injury-prevention in mind. No previous experience required. Join an accountability group today!

Live Workshops
Hands-on learning is key to turning information into life-application. We promote a safe + comfortable environment for learning with licensed health professionals. Speakers share on topics ranging from nutrition, mental health, lactation, and prenatal/postpartum period.

Pop-Up Workouts
Gather monthly with other local Able women for group workouts at a variety of locations around Tampa. This is one of our favorite ways to meet friends, find accountability, encourage one another, and sweat together! For details- follow @ableliving on IG/FB.

Wholeness Retreats
Break away from your normal day-to-day for an intentional time set apart and planned with purpose. Retreats are designed with you in mind — a time to quiet, reflect, rejuvenate, listen, learn, and grow in a safe and soul-restorative environment. *Lookout for updates!
